Jim Gestautas provides, hands-down, the best customer service I have ever received. Jim helped us buy a second home in Manzanita while we were long distance. Jim held our hand through the entire process, answering all of our questions, advocating for us, and communicating promptly and clearly at each step of the way. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the area and well connected with other realtors and various tradespeople around the coast, so he was especially valuable for us out-of-towers.
