The work was done efficiently. I wanted a Friday appointment but that did not happen so I had to change my other tasks to accommodate this appointment.
Nicole was a perfect agent for us as first-time homebuyers. She helped us navigate through all the confusion and worked with all parties to make things go smoothly. She was great about understanding our wants and needs, showing us houses and helping us see things we wouldn't have seen otherwise. Mine was a long distance move, and they checked up on the property frequently and kept me updated. I had left a few items behind as I had to leave earlier than expected (due to snow being predicted), and Debbie and Mark even discarded those items for me. Since I was selling a single-wide mobile home, the commission was not large, but they treated me as if I were just as important as a million dollar customer! I just can't say enough about how much I appreciated how they handled my sale in such a professional and extraordinary manner. I would certainly hire them again in a heartbeat!
