Angie was extremely helpful during the sale of our duplex. After the Inspection, she went out of her way to find a reasonably priced contractor to make the necessary updates to satisfy the inspectors requirements. She helped negotiate a fair price for the property which satisfied both parties. She was very calm and friendly during the process and stayed in active communication the whole time. She is very knowledgeable about the "Ins-and- Outs" of the whole process. We highly recommend Angie to any prospective Buyers or Sellers.

Words can’t explain how sharp Shasta and her team are! They’re High-level consistent performers; either in a market boom or bust they always put the work in with zero excuses and produce results. They truly adapt and prevail in every single deal and will always have their clients best interest. I could list tons of quality traits Shasta carries, but to list a few that stand out and that you will not find with anyone else. -She isn’t a robot, and doesn’t treat you like a client, yet more like a friend.
