We had Brant list the home around the middle of December, helping with cleanup while pictures were being taken, we had our first offer within days. The offer fell through, so Brant listed it again and within 2 or 3 days we had 4 offers (fyi: he showed the home during the ice storm in January). He was very easy to work with and knowledgeable about the market. We took the best offer and the home closed near the first of February. He even showed up at closing. This was our first home purchase. We didn’t really know what to expect, Brant informed us on the steps and was very knowledgeable. Brant was amazing to work with and provided knowledge and advice that helped us sell quickly! There were a few flaws in the home and he was open minded and communicative about what we should expect to see in our offers, and what to fix… to get the best bang for our buck. He also worked with a handyman for advice that saved us thousands in the end, and has great connections. We’ll definitely use him again and recommend to anyone.
