December 20, 2022 To whom it may concern: I am writing in regards to my realtor agent, Brant McManamon and how hard he worked to make the sale of my house happen. I lived in an older country home off a very busy road, which most clients did not like. The land was a bit odd as well, since half of it was at the bottom of a very steep hill. Although the house itself was desirable, the other features of the property made it a very difficult sale. Thankfully, Brant worked extremely hard and creatively to sell the property. He took ariel photos of it and catered his advertising to people that would enjoy the land. (four wheeling, shooting, wildlife). He worked diligently to find the right clients and also played a huge part in helping them get financing. On top of all that, Brant was extremely patient and kind when dealing with my husband. One could say he was a very “high maintenance” seller who was on the phone constantly with Brant, asking questions, making suggestions and often just venting. Through it all, Brant maintained his professionalism and was always available to answer questions. When it came to buying my new home, Brant was very instrumental in saving me a lot of money! My husband was going to bypass the inspection, but Brant pushed us to get one “just to be safe”. Turns out there was $20K worth of plumbing that needed to be repaired in order to make the house livable. Because of this inspection the sellers lowered the price of the house significantly in order to accommodate the price of new plumbing. I can’t thank Brant enough for his kindness, knowledge and professionalism. He sold our “hard to sell” country house, saved us thousands of dollars in our new house, and put up with all our questions. This is my 2nd home transaction with Brant. While he does all the Agent duties to get the house sold, Brant goes above and beyond what he should. He make life simple and made the selling process as seamless as can be. He is more than my agent. I consider him family.

We can’t even begin to explain the lengths that Brant McManamon took to sell our house. We live in Texas, so, that had its issues but we had to get county involved, I’ll just say, it was a nightmare.
