To be honest, it seemed like a lot to ask of one realtor to sell a home & buy another within our desired timeline in this tough economic climate. Never once did Jess sweat it, in fact she really pulled through for the buying realtor on our home; when it came time for the showing ,as well as the inspection when she could make it. Jessica wasn’t just there for us on both sides of the deal but she made sure the people who bought our last home were comfortable with there decision in buying as well. We couldn’t be more happy with our new home & don’t plan to move anytime soon, but if we did we would certainly be using Jessica Kipp as our realtor & think you should as well.

Jose is the best. He made the home buying process actually enjoyable! He worked with my schedule and was super helpful with anything I needed. 100% recommend!

Jessica was just fabulous. She showed me several places before we hit on the right one. She was great at pointing out the pros and cons of each property. After I decided on the one I loved, her follow through was amazing. She stepped me through the entire process and I absolutely love her and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great realtor.

Fred has been our agent for about 20yrs, his knowledge of real estate transactions and our area has made him a tremendous asset in assessing value and costs. He always has his customers as a priority and takes the time to explain options and reasoning. I've always been glad that's he's been on our side...

Fred's Service, Experience,Communication and Attention to detail were of the highest Quality.

I had such a great experience buying my house in West Linn with Joyce that when it came time to sell it 6 years later I thought of no one else to work with! Joyce was accommodating to my crazy scheduling needs, went above and beyond in coordinating every aspect pre-listing, while listed and while in escrow. There were a couple of potential pitfalls that I couldn't have gotten through without Joyce guiding me every step of the way. She educated me on every form, every signature, every due date and walked through every step of the process with me! She'll be my first call for our next real estate transaction again!
