Aaron Warnock (affectionately A&W!) is awesome. He's attentive and knowledgeable, but when he doesn't know something he's humble enough to say, "I don't know, but will find out." Then he uses resources (and magic and muscles) to vet a correct answer and deliver on his commitment. Aaron was very patient as we looked at several dozen homes, several of them multiple times. Angie was extremely helpful during the sale of our duplex. After the Inspection, she went out of her way to find a reasonably priced contractor to make the necessary updates to satisfy the inspectors requirements. She helped negotiate a fair price for the property which satisfied both parties. She was very calm and friendly during the process and stayed in active communication the whole time. She is very knowledgeable about the "Ins-and- Outs" of the whole process. We highly recommend Angie to any prospective Buyers or Sellers.

Words can’t explain how sharp Shasta and her team are! They’re High-level consistent performers; either in a market boom or bust they always put the work in with zero excuses and produce results.
