communication was good but too much texting and not enough direct phone calls. there were times when I asked for a call back but got a text instead.

Shasta and her team were wonderful, answering questions or concerns as soon as we asked. They were able to work with our tight budget and find us the perfect home. I was especially thankful for the time that they took to explain to me how the process worked.
