Jillian did a great job with a difficult listing and sale. Difficult because the house was older, and as soon as you say estate sale, buyers want to buy it cheap. We got a number of offers right away, but as listings go, sometimes they do not work. Jillian was patient and worked hard to get a deal put together and worked with all of the other requests to lower the price. We got a deal that worked, and Jillian proved her worth by working with the other realtor to get the deal together. Jillian did a first-class professional job, and anyone would benefit from her work. Jillian is knowledgeable, but she is a very nice person and easy to work with.

Jonathan helped us buy our first home a year and a half ago, when we were looking for a unicorn. He was an out of the box thinker and we found and bought exactly what we needed. He sold my mother's house very quickly right after that. We decided to relocate across the country so he just sold our home and has been such a help in looking for homes and finding us an agent in the other state to work with us also.
