Jillian provided an exellent experience for us in selling our home. She was well informed, prepared with research, easy to communicate with, responsive to our questions. and accessible. Our circumstances required exceptional patience as health issues created delays and she was always supportive and hung in with us until we reached a successful sale. We really appreciated she didn't pressure us and showed professionalism in all our interactions. She gave us very good suggestions on resources such as for staging and cleaners. At the time we were ready to put our house on the market it sold quickly at a price we knew was very fair. We felt lucky to have her as our realtor and would recommend her to anyone else.

Jillian was highly recommended to us by a trusted realtor from out of the area. Im so glad we took her advice! Jillian quickly found us homes in our price range and was always willing to work with our schedules for showings. When we found the perfect home, she was able to help us move quickly through the offer, negotiations, and counter offers to get us a great deal. My wife and I felt like we were very well informed and always aware of where we were in the process. She even helped my wife measure for furniture after the deal was done! Jillian did a great job with a difficult listing and sale. Difficult because the house was older, and as soon as you say estate sale, buyers want to buy it cheap. We got a number of offers right away, but as listings go, sometimes they do not work. Jillian was patient and worked hard to get a deal put together and worked with all of the other requests to lower the price. We got a deal that worked, and Jillian proved her worth by working with the other realtor to get the deal together. Jillian did a first-class professional job, and anyone would benefit from her work. Jillian is knowledgeable, but she is a very nice person and easy to work with.

Jonathan helped us buy our first home a year and a half ago, when we were looking for a unicorn. He was an out of the box thinker and we found and bought exactly what we needed. He sold my mother's house very quickly right after that. We decided to relocate across the country so he just sold our home and has been such a help in looking for homes and finding us an agent in the other state to work with us also. Jonathan has a very rare work ethic - constantly multitasking and on the go to get things done and close deals. 10/10 would recommend. Bee is also amazing and they make a great team. We were very needy/high maintenance clients and they really helped when things got stressful.
