Jonathan helped us buy our first home a year and a half ago, when we were looking for a unicorn. He was an out of the box thinker and we found and bought exactly what we needed. He sold my mother's house very quickly right after that. We decided to relocate across the country so he just sold our home and has been such a help in looking for homes and finding us an agent in the other state to work with us also. Jonathan has a very rare work ethic - constantly multitasking and on the go to get things done and close deals. 10/10 would recommend. Bee is also amazing and they make a great team. We were very needy/high maintenance clients and they really helped when things got stressful.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience selling our home. After initially working with another agent, we decided to work with Jonathan and I’m so glad we did. From the beginning, Jonathan and his team were very professional and helpful. Jonathan was clear about his plan and executed on everything. His communication was top notch and always made himself available. Selling a house can be stressful but if you have the right person in your corner the process becomes so much easier! Both Debbie and Mark went above and beyond. They were always available, answered all questions, contacted seller/realtor when needed, contacted manager of mobile home park, contacted title company, made sure every question i asked was answered. both travelled to view the mobile home and even took video and covered everything live while a friend and I watched and asked questions. this whole sale was done with me in another state and Debbie and Mark represented me responsibly and with integrity. I would highly recommend them to represent any buyer or seller.
