I've dealt with several real estate agents on both the buying and the selling end and while all of those experiences have not been bad, I have never had an agent level up like Shasta did. First, she worked with my timeline, which was painfully slow. She also worked with my needs, which were annoyingly specific. She never pushed and when I found something I thought I might like, but it turned out to be a non-option, she would always say, "your house is out there. No rush.) In the end, she not only closed the deal, but anticipated problems I never saw coming, advocated for me and talked me down of the ledge a few times. I have a house that is in my timeline and my budget and meets my needs perfectly and that for certain would not have happened without her. She even braved spiders and scary closets to get video for me. Her referrals have been on point and if you are looking for a lending agent, look no further than Codi from Summit Lending. I had a great experience working with Angie. She went above and beyond helping me sell my house in the states while I was living abroad. Even though we had a big time difference, she answered all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. Debbie Dailey and her partner, Mark Thomas, went above and beyond my expectations of a realtor. They were very knowledgeable and most helpful, and I would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs to hire a Realtor. Mine was a long distance move, and they checked up on the property frequently and kept me updated. I had left a few items behind as I had to leave earlier than expected (due to snow being predicted), and Debbie and Mark even discarded those items for me. Since I was selling a single-wide mobile home, the commission was not large, but they treated me as if I were just as important as a million dollar customer! I just can't say enough about how much I appreciated how they handled my sale in such a professional and extraordinary manner. I would certainly hire them again in a heartbeat!
