Juliana was wonderful to work with. Juliana was both our realtor to buy our new home in Oregon City as well as to sell our home in Vancouver, Wa. What stands out about Juliana is her honesty and integrity. Through out the home buying process, Juliana would point out any flaws (structural, location, cosmetic etc) with homes that we were touring. She wanted to make sure that we were educated on all aspects of the homes we were looking at. I really appreciated that because in the past, other realtors would just show us a home quickly and act like the potential home was perfect for us, sugar-coating every potential home. At one house Juliana noticed a slope in the flooring and she crawled under the house (something I would not have done) to look at the foundation and discovered that it was in bad shape, she went above and beyond what a normal realtor would have done. Not only is she very knowledgeable about homes (construction/structure) but she was also very responsive and timely. We would call her and ask to look at a home and she would try to make it happen as soon as humanly possible (often within 2 hours). When selling our house (it was the 1st time we have sold a house) Juliana explained the process upfront and explained all the fees and taxes and misc costs that go into selling a home. She walked through our home with us and gave us very honest suggestions on how to improve our house. We did everything Juliana suggested (which I highly recommend taking her suggestions) and we had 9 offers on our house within 3 days and over 100 people tour the house in 3 days. I think that following her advise really helped us to market the house and get in better offers. She was a pleasure to work with and we would work with her again.
