I received my real estate license in April 1999 and began my career working with my parents, Tom and Brenda Riddle, as a Transaction Coordinator at Anthony Real Estate in Escondido, CA. In 2005, I stepped out of the comfort of the family business and launched my own real estate career with Windermere Exclusive Properties, also in Escondido. Windermere was an incredible brokerage to grow with, and I truly believe they pioneered many of the standards we now see in today’s modern real estate models. In 2011, the company transitioned into a Real Living franchise. With the changes that often come with national franchise expansion, I realized the new model no longer aligned with what I was looking for in a brokerage—so I made the decision to move on. In 2013, I joined the new brokerage shaking things up in San Diego: Realty ONE Group in Rancho Bernardo. ROG came in and disrupted the traditional real estate office structure. They grew quickly—locally and nationwide—and changed not only the public’s view of what a real estate company could be, but also how agents viewed running their businesses. Easy and enjoyable. Fumiko made this happen and I had nothing but peace of mind through the process.

Fumiko was extremely professional and made the entire home-buying process easy to understand. From what I had heard, buying a home can be stressful, but I didn’t have a single worry while working with her. She guided me through every step of the process and answered every question I had with patience and expertise. She was always quick to respond to texts and phone calls, no matter the time of day. When it came to working with the seller, she clearly explained what to expect, including timelines and the next steps, which gave me a great sense of confidence throughout the process. Goes above and beyond in every aspect

This is the second time I've worked with Michael in helping find my family a home. He always goes above and beyond and even finds that extra mile for us. He was with us every step of the way, guiding us through the decisions we made going through the buying process as well as showing and explaining the little things that we should pay attention to.
