The work was done efficiently. I wanted a Friday appointment but that did not happen so I had to change my other tasks to accommodate this appointment.

At 62 and being a first-time home buyer this was an extremely scary process for me! I could not have asked for anyone better to guide me through this process, every step of the way I knew I had someone there to count on that would always be upfront and honest with me with their opinions and their guidance. Both Debbie and Mark went above and beyond. They were always available, answered all questions, contacted seller/realtor when needed, contacted manager of mobile home park, contacted title company, made sure every question i asked was answered. both travelled to view the mobile home and even took video and covered everything live while a friend and I watched and asked questions. this whole sale was done with me in another state and Debbie and Mark represented me responsibly and with integrity. I would highly recommend them to represent any buyer or seller.

Mine was a long distance move, and they checked up on the property frequently and kept me updated. I had left a few items behind as I had to leave earlier than expected (due to snow being predicted), and Debbie and Mark even discarded those items for me. Since I was selling a single-wide mobile home, the commission was not large, but they treated me as if I were just as important as a million dollar customer!
