Shasta is amazing all around. She’s very honest and open about things and maintains a very open line of communication. Many times I would think of a question that I felt was silly or dumb question and she always started with there are no dumb questions and that this is her wheelhouse and is full of information and is always ready and willing to share that information with her clients.

After considering more than two dozen brokers for the sale of my farm property, I selected Brenda because (1) She had a high volume of sales in my area, (2) She had extensive experience selling farms, (3) Her reviews on Zillow and Facebook were literally perfect—no ratings below five stars when she was the primary contact, (4) She presented me with an impressive competitive market analysis of my property showing great quantitative skills, a detailed knowledge of property evaluation (even including soil types), and an amiable but professional way of presenting herself. What a benefit to have someone like that on my side. Her greatest asset for me was consistently sound judgment on various issues that baffled me. She rattled off dozens of easy staging tips, helped me work through obscure government restrictions on the use of my property, and set up a strategy (which worked) for receiving multiple offers at the same time. Also, despite her many irons in the fire she was still accessible to me, often returning emails before 6 a.m. (please don’t abuse this benefit!).
