What a benefit to have someone like that on my side. Her greatest asset for me was consistently sound judgment on various issues that baffled me. She rattled off dozens of easy staging tips, helped me work through obscure government restrictions on the use of my property, and set up a strategy (which worked) for receiving multiple offers at the same time. Also, despite her many irons in the fire she was still accessible to me, often returning emails before 6 a.m. (please don’t abuse this benefit!).
