It was a great experience working with Norma. She respected our price budget and the "must haves" on our checklist which made the shopping experience relaxed and pleasant. We were buying the house remotely from out of state, and Norma was great about taking videos for us and doing Facetime tours so we could get things narrowed down without having to make a special trip.

Norma was on top of her game at all times. Not a question or concern went unanswered. If she did know the answer, she would say so, and tell us that she would get the answer and get back to us (which she always did). Norma would always stay in touch with the listing realtor until she got the answer to our questions.
