Being we were novices at selling property we needed an agent that we could trust, knew the ropes and would listen to our concerns/desires with an open mind. Jim met and exceeded our expectations for those qualities more. His expertise brought forth questions, that we hadn't even considered to our attention, which we were then able to address. He did this all without being pushy or impatient. We would trust Jim again, in a heartbeat and are grateful for his kind help.
