The Perfect Broker!

Working with Jim was a pleasure from start to finish. He is very personable and knowledgable, but was never pushy, allowing us to take our time before submitting our offer. Most importantly though, we had our offer accepted on a great property where there were multiple other offers in play. I believe this partially to be due to his strong negotiation skills when working with the seller's broker.
