Jim Gestautas provides, hands-down, the best customer service I have ever received. Jim helped us buy a second home in Manzanita while we were long distance. Jim held our hand through the entire process, answering all of our questions, advocating for us, and communicating promptly and clearly at each step of the way. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the area and well connected with other realtors and various tradespeople around the coast, so he was especially valuable for us out-of-towers. Because we could not be in town for most of the process, Jim handled everything. He met the inspector, roofer, and plumber, and he provided us contacts for utilities, cleaners, caretaking services, you name it. He welcomed us warmly to Manzanita when we arrived, and continues to follow up to help us get acclimated. I honestly didn’t know a realtor could be so helpful. Helping home buyers clearly is his passion. We now have our beautiful dream home in Manzanita, and we have Jim to thank.

Being we were novices at selling property we needed an agent that we could trust, knew the ropes and would listen to our concerns/desires with an open mind.
