After closing she has continued to be helpful in a myriad of ways, including identifying helpers to make changes and arranging for yard maintenance prior to move-in. My move from Bend Oregon to the Monterey Peninsula In California. Thanks to Danielle Snow for strongly encouraging me to relist my home in late October last year was the key to my successful closing. I had been on the market for about four months, but did not want to list and have to move in the middle of winter. Danielle contacted me because inventory was so low that relisting would be a smart move. My home sold within three weeks. Success. I attribute that at success to my agents. On a separate note, please be advised that everything, and I mean everything, is more expensive in California. The other eye-opener was the contrast in the ethnic diversity between Central Oregon and the Central California Coast. What a Dramatic and noticeable difference in people!
