Patti was our realtor for the purchase of our home. One of the remarkable things about Patti is that she makes herself constantly available by phone, email and/or text. Nearly every single time I called her, she would answer immediately. If she was unable to answer, she would call back shortly. I never had to wonder "where is she?" because she was ALWAYS there! Another unique character trait of Patti's is that if she didn't know an answer to my question, she would relentlessly research and find that answer promptly and then would also come up with multiple solutions to solve any problems. Her demeanor was always cheerful and positive. She also has an incredibly witty sense of humor which alleviated a lot of the stress that naturally accompanies the purchase of a home.
