First time homebuyer here! I felt very supported and informed through the home search and home buying process. Patti was very knowledgeable and explained the processes and terms, answered any questions and if she wasn’t sure, she knew where to find the answers. Patti was our realtor for the purchase of our home. One of the remarkable things about Patti is that she makes herself constantly available by phone, email and/or text. Nearly every single time I called her, she would answer immediately. If she was unable to answer, she would call back shortly. I never had to wonder "where is she?" because she was ALWAYS there! Another unique character trait of Patti's is that if she didn't know an answer to my question, she would relentlessly research and find that answer promptly and then would also come up with multiple solutions to solve any problems. Her demeanor was always cheerful and positive. She also has an incredibly witty sense of humor which alleviated a lot of the stress that naturally accompanies the purchase of a home. If you're looking for a realtor you can trust to truly represent you well and fight for your best interest, Patti is who you should choose. She will literally go to the ends of the earth to provide you with successful results. Her knowledge of all the ins and outs of buying and selling real estate is extraordinary.

Patti cam highly recommended to me. She is peppy, calm and very detail oriented. She constantly kept me updated and was transparent about everything. I came to her at a challenging time, as we all do. She was compassionate and confident and fair. I needed hand holding as I was unable to process much. Patti repeated things as needed and made it easy. When my mother’s house needed unexpected repairs, I immediately felt significantly stressed. But not Patti. She had the resources to make things happen. She worked with a handyman, the sellers realator and gave me resources and made things run smoothly. All of the sudden, the things that felt overwhelming turned into inexpensive, manageable situations. She worked her magic. If I were to repeat this process, I would choose Patti again and again. We are forever grateful.

Patti handled everything, helped find comps, made marketing material, showed the house and helped us with negotiations. We had a sale started within a week.

Patti has represented me on several RE transactions both as a seller and buyer. No one is more organized, hard working and trustworthy than Patti.
