Patti was our realtor for the purchase of our home. One of the remarkable things about Patti is that she makes herself constantly available by phone, email and/or text. Nearly every single time I called her, she would answer immediately. If she was unable to answer, she would call back shortly. I never had to wonder "where is she?" because she was ALWAYS there! Another unique character trait of Patti's is that if she didn't know an answer to my question, she would relentlessly research and find that answer promptly and then would also come up with multiple solutions to solve any problems. My son and I were relocating from California to Portland, Oregon. He fell in love with Portland in 2012, I'd personally never been to Oregon. I was looking into renting prior to purchasing a property. I answered an ad on Craigslist and it was a scam. I called Patti, she happened to be the sellers listing agent for the house the scammer was trying to rent out. The house had sold just a few months before. Without prompting her she took my number did research on her own and called me back to let me know, that the seller was under a different name. That brought a sense of trust for me. She had gone out of her way to insure no one was sammed. When I found a property I was interested in I called her. I bought my Condo sight unseen except for the listing photos I saw on Zillow, and those she researched and found of the same layout in my complex. She literally was my eyes. She without fail returned ALL my calls promptly, and always with a smile no matter how early or late I called. She knew every nook and cranny of all the needed paperwork. Negotiated my requests with the seller and her agent. I'd never been to Portland until the day I drove to the title company to sign the deed and get my keys. Patti receives our highest recommendation! Patti took over marketing of our property about 14 months after we had put it on the market with a different broker. The previous broker marketing plan was primarily taking some pictures and working on lowering the price until she could find a taker. That process did not represent us well and did not value the property for what it was. Patti was highly recommended, and, to her credit, would not take our property until we had released the previous agent. From there, Patti looked at the great aspects of our property and marketed them with open houses and extra effort. The result was a contract on the property within 4 months of listing at a price that well exceeded our listing price with our previous agent.
