Where to start… there are just so many amazing things to be said about Leslie it’s hard trying to figure out where to even start. Leslie is all around amazing! My wife met her from viewing a house on Zillow and at the time we weren’t quite able to qualify for the type of loan we were looking for as we were looking for at least a 5 bedroom house. Leslie not only stood by us the entire time helping us find lenders that could help get us to the point of qualifying. It took 3 try’s before we found a lender willing to work with us because our case was pretty complex. But Leslie helped us the entire way. It took us about 7 months to finally get to the pre approval but she never gave up on us. She is super smart and very very knowledgeable. She is a shark when it comes to helping her clients get the best deal possible and getting the sellers to cover as much of the fees as possible not to mention she helped us get a very thorough inspection prior to closing and she even got the sellers to pay for the major repairs on top of covering an additional 32k towards agent fees and closing costs. Leslie takes her job extremely seriously and works tirelessly to make sure things are getting done. There was a point (really multiple points) where the lender dropped the ball and Leslie was on top of it each and every time. She even went as far as to start calling my previous employers and previous landlords to help get verifications done quickly because the lender waited until the very last minute to work on things. We went through many many trails and tribulations but Leslie was there every step of the process. I know with absolute certainty that if it was not for Leslie we would never made it through this process. I can not give Leslie high enough praise and I strongly recommend anyone who is looking for an agent to go to Leslie. Patti cam highly recommended to me. She is peppy, calm and very detail oriented. She constantly kept me updated and was transparent about everything. I came to her at a challenging time, as we all do. She was compassionate and confident and fair. I needed hand holding as I was unable to process much. Patti repeated things as needed and made it easy. When my mother’s house needed unexpected repairs, I immediately felt significantly stressed. But not Patti. She had the resources to make things happen. She worked with a handyman, the sellers realator and gave me resources and made things run smoothly. All of the sudden, the things that felt overwhelming turned into inexpensive, manageable situations. She worked her magic. If I were to repeat this process, I would choose Patti again and again. We are forever grateful.

From the beginning the house was priced right so there were many showings during the holidays when it is normally a slow time. When we needed a few minor repairs, Alan had people lined up to do them. I'm so grateful for the outstanding job and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
