He met the inspector, roofer, and plumber, and he provided us contacts for utilities, cleaners, caretaking services, you name it. He welcomed us warmly to Manzanita when we arrived, and continues to follow up to help us get acclimated. I honestly didn’t know a realtor could be so helpful.
