Anytime we had a question, Hilary answered right away. She is extreamely thorough and knows a great amount of details pertaining to the area as well. We are first time buyers, so having Hilary walk us step by step was invaluable. She made us comfortable all along the way and explained the process and all details in a way that was clear for us to understand. When issues came to light she helped us get them straightened out and moving forward. We met all our deadlines and moved in when we planned to. Hilary was incredible in every step of the process and unbelievably easy to work with. I doubt we could have gotten this house without her.
