Anytime we had a question, Hilary answered right away. She is extreamely thorough and knows a great amount of details pertaining to the area as well. We are first time buyers, so having Hilary walk us step by step was invaluable. She made us comfortable all along the way and explained the process and all details in a way that was clear for us to understand. When issues came to light she helped us get them straightened out and moving forward. We met all our deadlines and moved in when we planned to. Hilary was incredible in every step of the process and unbelievably easy to work with. I doubt we could have gotten this house without her.

Hilary is amazing! She was always looking out for our family and making sure that any house we looked at fit all our needs. She is outstanding with communication and checking in on us. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Her knowledge of options for mortgages and the market around the area is unmatched. We were so delighted to work with her, and if we have any needs in the future, we will be calling her first! She will be our top recommendation for anybody looking in the area for housing. She is very patient and kind which was so needed during a huge move, which is always a bit stressful and she made it as smooth as possible!
