Anytime we had a question, Hilary answered right away. She is extreamely thorough and knows a great amount of details pertaining to the area as well. We are first time buyers, so having Hilary walk us step by step was invaluable. She made us comfortable all along the way and explained the process and all details in a way that was clear for us to understand. When issues came to light she helped us get them straightened out and moving forward. We met all our deadlines and moved in when we planned to. Hilary was incredible in every step of the process and unbelievably easy to work with. I doubt we could have gotten this house without her.

We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to sell our home. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to getting us the best outcome. Her communication was excellent, keeping us informed every step of the way, and her marketing strategy brought in strong interest right away. She made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. We highly recommend Andrea Mace to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

As folks who live in Texas and dream of one day retiring on the north coast of Oregon, Hilary made our search and eventual purchase as easy as if we were already living in the area. We met twice in Oregon and the rest was completed online. She lined us up with a wonderful lender & title company and it literally was the easiest property purchase we have made over the years. Reach out to Hilary, she is a professional, knows the area as well as anyone and will make your transaction smooth.
