Exceptional agent
Shelli was all around exceptional. We are first time home buyers, and she walked us through this process with patience and understanding. She is very responsive, helpful, and flexible. She answered our questions quickly and thoroughly. She also communicated with the seller's agent very well and was happy to communicate our concerns to them. She could tell when we were getting nervous or concerned, and assisted us whenever we needed it most. She is very professional, but also very personable and kind. I highly recommend her and will absolutely work with her again if she is available.

Super Power Realtor: Shelli Neal
Shelli Neal has been our realtor for several months through the sale of a Lincoln City home in a 1031 exchange. Just three days after closing on the original home, we closed on the replacement home. The replacement home is our dream home at Salishan. Shelli showed us every home catching our eye. When we were out of town, she made us our own videos answering all of our questions. Some homes, she toured us multiple times: she took us to our second choice home six times, giving us all the information we needed to make a well informed decision. Shelli has been our Super Power Realtor. We strongly recommend Shelli.

Shelli did a great job researching prices of comparable properties in the area so that we were satisfied that our property was listed at just the right price. Shelli was very helpful in advising what we needed to do to have the property show ready. Shelli wrote an excellent ad for the property and purchased the highest quality photos complete with floor plan and video. Shelli held effective open houses weekly until the property was under contract. She communicated well with us throughout the listing phase and the contract phase.
