Maria Hoffman

Maria helped us sell our long-held coastal lot, and then worked with us for several years to find our dream house. It was a long and grueling search up and down Hwy 101 to find the right property on the Central Coast. We saw that many homes were either converted beach shacks or million dollar mansions. Maria showed us an unbelievable number of homes. When we found one that we liked, and our offer was not accepted, she said "Everything happens for a reason." We were getting discouraged, when Maria finally showed us the perfect house for us. When we walked in we knew this was "the one." Unfortunately it had two offers already. Maria helped us through the convoluted process, and at the end our offer was accepted. We have happily been in our house for four years, and have made many improvements. We've worked with many real estate agents and Maria is, by far, the best! She's upbeat and friendly and is very easy to communicate with. I never felt pressured or that she was getting impatient with us even though we looked at a large number of properties. She works hard to understand exactly what you need and is very knowledgeable about the industry in general and the local area in particular. Maria made looking for our property a fun adventure.
