Rob assisted me with a difficult estate sale of a deceased relative’s condo when other agents did not want to touch the project. As a first time estate executor who had no previous experience in selling a property, Rob patiently walked me through each step of the process. As the property was in very bad shape, Rob went above and beyond helping me find contractors to remodel the property while staying on budget. He constantly provided updates and market comparables, keeping us informed on market conditions. Since I was out of town when our sale finally closed, Rob not only assisted with tracking info down for the title company, he also made sure the utilities account was closed on the correct date. It was not an easy sale and I required more guidance than a lot of clients and Rob provided all that and more.
