I honestly could not say enough about Rob! To say he went above and beyond for me would be a vast understatement! I needed to sell my Dad's house that honestly to say was a mess with many problems would be putting it mildly. After my Dad passed I had a ton of Realtors calling me. Something made me decide to talk to Rob and I'm so thankful I did! The amount of time and effort he put into not just selling my Dad's house, but helping me get it ready to sell was above and beyond! I don't think I would have gotten it done without all his help! If you need a Realtor you can trust and will go above and beyond, Rob is the one you should hire!

Rob is a patient and trusting agent. When I first met Rob, he was all professional and made it clear to me that I was in the driver's seat. We had chatted more than a year before I finally was ready to list my home for sale. His patience was much appreciated as I was going through a life change that required careful consideration. When we finally listed my home, he was able to secure multiple offers in half the time similar homes were on the market! I was ecstatic when I received a full price offer from a buyer. Unfortunately, the buyer's lender (NEXA) was not up to the task and struggled while attempting to close. During this time, Rob was fighting for me every step of the way. He bargained for cash back to me due to the wasted time and communicated early and often exactly what was happening. I felt that Rob was in my corner the entire time.
