Matt is the best realtor we ever have buying a property. He helped us bought a home in Issaquah in a tricky market condition. He is extremely knowledgable and took time to walk us through the process and expectation. He was always communicative and very reliable whenever we have questions or need to look at some properties. We originally intend to be more passive while looking at houses and would take time to look through options. Matt was very receptive to that and always ensure we are truly comfortable with any decision we make. In the end, we got a new home pretty quickly also below the list price.
