Staci knew well what our new home should look like and was watching with us for the perfect one. There was no hesitation to quickly get a showing on this house. After we fell in love with it, she sprang into action. We discussed thoroughly how to write the best offer and had acceptance within a few hours. She worked great with the listing agent and also between us and the seller. She gave us her recommendations for local financing and title company and worked closely with them throughout the process. She never pushed to know our personal business but able to answer questions or lead us to the right person. Staci was excited for us and made us feel cared for each step of the process. Though she was servicing many clients at the same time as us, we never felt forgotten. She always responded timely. Because we were selling and buying simultaneously, she kept us on track. She spent many hours on our behalf and allowed others to help as needed to make sure our needs were met. Her extra acts of kindness were over and above her duties as realtor. And we gained a new friend. I would highly recommend Staci for any real estate venture!

Staci was extremely knowledgeable about the selling process, the current market trends, and how to perk up our home for showing. She was always asking what our needs were and working within our timeframe and desires. She respected how difficult it was of leaving this home we loved. She also expediently got to work setting up all the inspections. I was very impressed with her willingness and ability to also represent our buyer with confidentiality and loyalty for both parties without compromise or partiality. She was always willing to be a part of the conversations between us and the buyers to make the transaction process smooth. I appreciate that Staci has surrounded herself with people from other agencies that have the same work ethic and passion for helping people through the selling process. You can tell they trust her as much as she trusts them to care for their clients. She works tirelessly and honestly and with integrity.
