Jake Sebens

Jake did a great job working with us and around our schedule and working hard to make sure we had plenty of time scheduled to look at each property thoroughly. He was always quick to find out any and all information to properly answer any questions we had. Jake was patient with us, whether it was dealing with my husband and myself and 3 children viewing a house or all 5 of us plus my family. He recognized the value of family to us and that finding the right house was about space for our family and location to extended family. Jake was awesome at rolling with us through all the ups and downs of buying our first house in a crazy housing market!

Jake is fantastic. We were new to the Chehalis/Centralia market and from the moment we first met Jake we felt comfortable, respected and taken care of. We've worked with numerous agents over the past few years, so we know what makes a great agent. What we most appreciated about Jake is that he both listened to us, as well as offered up with knowledge on the area. Every question we asked he there to answer us and reassure us. Jake is extremely communicative and we appreciated his time so very much. We are so happy we found Jake and we would love to work with him again soon!

Out deal wasn't the biggest, but he was always attentive. Made buying a very good experience, he's now in our circle.
