I didn't work with her much but from my interaction she seemed very helpful.

I found Tracee Stoner to be an exceptional communicator, very professional but down to earth. Tracee's negotiations skills and desire to get the best possible sales price are great. Professionalism is very good with a positive attitude. I sold my home and purchased another home with her as my agent. I would not hesitate to sell or purchase again with her as my agent

It's been a while since we've had to deal with a real estate transaction and Tracee made it go amazingly smooth. I really appreciated the ease of signing documents etc. Her communication was great and kept us updated as needed. I recommend Tracee and her team for all your real estate needs

Great to have Brittany’s advice. We will definitely hire her in the future. Top notch

Very pleased with the overall experience

Very knowledgeable of market in this area . I have had Brittney sell and buy houses for me in the past and always been satisfied. She has gone above and beyond expectations.

Tyson was great and fun. Was always early to showings, had great patience with me and was flexible. I gave a stack of his cards to share. You cannot go wrong with Tyson. He showed my several houses and was willing to allow for others to come with me to view houses. He was also able to set up a quick home inspection.

Tyson Simonson is a superb Realtor who "goes the extra mile" for his clients. Having purchased over two-dozen properties in my 78 years of life, I have experienced dealing with realtors of every stripe, from the inept to those of excellence. I noticed Mr. Simonson taking notes on my questions for which he needed research in order to provide me with information. I most certainly recommend this young man as your realtor who is trustworthy and dedicated to his clients. Vern Downey Sultan, Washington

Tyson was incredible! He knew how to support the VA Home Loan use and got us in our first home! Highly recommend!
