I cannot say enough good things about my realtor! She was kind, sweet, incredibly intuitive, smart, and truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. My house had been on the market with another realtor for over a year with no success. Then she stepped in, and within just a few months, she got it sold! She knew exactly how to present the house, helped me stage it beautifully, made sure it was marketed properly, and was always available and in communication with me. She didn't just put a sign in the yard and wait for someone to come along. She put real effort into making sure my home was shown in the best possible way, and her attention to detail made a huge difference. I am so grateful for everything she did for me. She made what could have been a very stressful process so much easier, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about her clients and works hard to get the job done!

Jessica was very knowledgeable about the market our home was in, Cowlitz River property, 5 acres, near Toledo, WA. She provided detailed information about its assessed value and recommended a listing price range taking into consideration both the home and property. Which was of great help in finally determining the price we wished to list it for. Her assistance in helping us "stage" the home to attract as many potential buyers as possible was invaluable. The pictures and video made of the home and property for the listing were very professionally done. Once the home was listed, she regularly kept us informed regarding the online interest. As showings occurred, she provided us feedback from the potential buyers, which was very helpful. We accepted the last of 3 offers. Jessica walked us through every detail involved in the sale and made the whole process relatively stress free. We had learned to trust her judgment, and found her to be totally trustworthy, a person whose word we could count on! She was delightful to communicate with! Promptly responded to calls and texts. Staci knew well what our new home should look like and was watching with us for the perfect one. There was no hesitation to quickly get a showing on this house. After we fell in love with it, she sprang into action. We discussed thoroughly how to write the best offer and had acceptance within a few hours. She worked great with the listing agent and also between us and the seller. She gave us her recommendations for local financing and title company and worked closely with them throughout the process. She never pushed to know our personal business but able to answer questions or lead us to the right person. Staci was excited for us and made us feel cared for each step of the process. Though she was servicing many clients at the same time as us, we never felt forgotten. She always responded timely. Because we were selling and buying simultaneously, she kept us on track.
