Stephanie Evans by far exceeded my expectations as a Real Estate Agent. She was helpful and pleasant from the get go and went beyond her job of just listing and selling my dad’s house. I live in NC and my dad’s home was in Centralia, WA. Not only did the house sell in just ONE DAY, Stephanie helped me work with the funeral home, help arrange getting death certificates, and getting his house clean and empty, she became a great friend in the process! I highly recommend using Stephanie if you ever need to buy or sell a home!

As a first time home buyer I was in uncharted waters and nervous of the unknown to say the least. I was referred to Stephanie through a family member who had used her in the past. Man did I hit the jack pot with her! Not only did she find me my dream home, she managed to make the process seem like a breeze and remedy all my worries. Stephanie was on top of everything from the jump. Always kept and open line of communication and was very personable so I had no hesitations reaching out to her for any questions or concerns. I was very impressed with how efficient, professional and knowledgeable she is in her line of work. Stephanie͏ is the BEST!!!! Stephanie has got to be about the best realtor we've ever worked with! We decided to move up here to get away from all the Portland madness, with some fairly "snooty" requirements and we definitely lost count of how many houses we looked at! Stephanie is an amazing, knowledgeable and friendly ADVOCATE for her clients! Even after looking at multitudes of houses, I can't recall the number of times she'd say "This isn't good enough for you" or "Remember, you're not going to settle" when helping us find a dreamhouse. When we finally found THE one, Stephanie advocated for us and helped us through a stressful (someone else's fault) closing keeping us sane the whole way. If you're looking for a home, or selling your place, you'd better give Stephanie a call. Fun fact: We've owned a few homes in our day and we've NEVER given a realtor a recommendation! That's saying somethin'!
