My wife and I had been talking about a big idea for quite some time. At first, we had far more questions than answers, but we decided to find out if our dream was actually possible. That’s when we reached out to Amy McMahon. From our very first conversation, Amy made us feel like we were more than just another client. She listened to our goals, understood what we were trying to accomplish, and took the time to explain every step of the process. She researched the market, pulled detailed comps, and gave us honest, straightforward advice that helped us make informed decisions with confidence. This wasn’t just a move across town—it was a cross-country relocation that required months of planning, coordination, and trust. Throughout the entire process, Amy’s communication was exceptional. She kept us informed, answered every question promptly, and made sure we always knew what to expect next. Whenever something unexpected came up, she either had the answer or knew exactly where to find it. The way Amy marketed and listed our home was absolutely top-notch. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and strategic approach made all the difference. Our home sold much faster than we ever imagined, and the entire experience far exceeded our expectations. Amy is knowledgeable, creative, organized, and always thinking several steps ahead. Her dedication and work ethic are second to none, and her entire team made us feel supported from beginning to end. At no point did we ever feel like we were navigating this journey alone. If you’re looking for a realtor who truly understands the market, communicates exceptionally well, and genuinely cares about her clients, look no further. My wife and I are incredibly grateful that Amy helped turn what started as an idea into reality. She isn’t just an outstanding realtor—she is an amazing trusted friend. We couldn’t recommend her more highly. Thank you Amy!!!

Amy is a great realtor! She listened to what we wanted and gave us realistic expectations throughout the process. She walked us through every step along the way and was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining everything that was happening. The process was smooth because she provided an organized timeline and kept us informed the whole time. Amy is not just a great realtor, but also someone we now consider a friend. Thank you for helping us purchase our first home!

Briana absolutely knocked it out of the park, for us. In a tough market, she came through. Having both been realtors, in years past, we have high standards for professionalism and communication between agent and client and Briana surpassed our every expectation. We highly recommend Briana to anyone looking for a hard working, professional who is a joy to deal with during stressful real estate processes.

Briana is absolutely one of the best realtors I have ever experienced. Her professionalism, transparency, and knowledge of the area markets is exceptional. She truly loves what she does and it shows. At no time did I have zero trust or faith in her abilities to perform at the highest level. I suggest hiring Briana and will do so on my next purchase or sell.

Briana went above and beyond during our entire process. She was not afraid to get her hands dirty to help us prepare our house for sale and didn't ever hesitate when things got a little crazy due to things out of our control and hers. She was also willing and ready to stand up for us when needed. Highly recommend her as an agent for buying or selling. She knows her stuff, if professional but firm and has an amazing heart. It's more about the people for her not the money.
