This was the second time using Paul to help us sell a house. He is very easy to communicate with. Paul had a good marketing strategy, the house was staged and open houses were planned and carried out. He has a very good knowledge of the market. Both times he helped us price the house so we got fair offers right away. He isn't the kind of realtor that prices high and then has to lower the price to get offers. I appreciate that. The house had some issues that were revealed in the inspection. Paul helped us work through the issues and with his experience and connections kept the sale moving forward. He was very helpful through the whole process. I would highly recommend Paul if you are selling or buying.

Paul has worked with my family for over 20 years when he helped my dad buy his first house and now things have come full circle and he helped my wife and I buy our first home together. He has also gone above and beyond, helping us negotiate the price down by $20k after the price was already reduced by about $15k from when it was initially listed. He has helped with us getting work done around the house by personally hiring people he already knows and has worked with including HVAC, cleaning gutters, redoing caulk and more. Overall I highly recommend Paul and anyone else working with John L. Scott Real Estate!

I can’t say enough great things about Mira Gregory from John L. Scott Real Estate. From start to finish, she made the entire home-buying process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. especially as a first-time buyer. Finding a home in the Sudden Valley area of Bellingham, Washington can be competitive and challenging, but Mira was incredibly knowledgeable about the local market and helped me navigate every step with confidence. She took the time to truly understand what I was looking for, stayed patient throughout the search, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Her communication was top-notch—always responsive, transparent, and proactive. Whether it was scheduling showings, answering questions, or guiding me through the offer and closing process, she was on it every step of the way. What really stood out was her professionalism and genuine care. It never felt like just a transaction—she truly had my best interests in mind and went above and beyond to make sure I found the right home. Thanks to Mira, I found a home I absolutely love. Mira is an incredible realtor and amazing person. We are so grateful we had her guidance through the complexity and stress of the home buying process. Her experience level and understanding of the market is exceptional. She knows her field inside and out, and does high level research and advocacy in support of her clients. Her commitment to client education is unmatched. We were blown away from our first meeting about a house we wanted to bid on, when she came having carefully analyzed everything she could about the house and property, walking us through each important aspect of the pre-inspection report and guiding us through a range of considerations in making a bid. She helped us research lingering questions we had by doing phone calls to some relevant specialists that day. She brought all this same attention to the second house we bid on (and now live in), on an even quicker turnaround time. Mira was a strategic, focused, and calm advocate as we went through a particularly stressful bidding process. And then she helped us all throughout the escrow period and then made sure we had what we needed through moving day and as we settled in. Finally, what made her such a good fit for us was not only her amazing expertise and caliber of client education/advocacy, but her rapport and people-skills. We had a lot (!) of stress about the house search, and don’t know how we could have done this without Mira! She does her work in a way that is so humane, warm, and full of integrity.
