I grew up in the greater Seattle area and earned my bachelor’s degree in communication with a minor in business management from Washington State University (go Cougs!). Prior to starting my real estate career, my professional background included working as a TV news producer and I also worked in human resources and operations management. I also was the owner/operator or a local floral design studio for 13 years, where I had the privilege of working with hundreds of local couples designing their wedding flowers. While my professional background is diverse, the common thread has always been working with people, which is something I truly love. After a lifelong interest in all aspects of real estate, I got my license to practice real estate in 2017. I’m currently based out of John L. Scott’s Bellingham office, and often help clients in Bellingham, Ferndale, Lynden, Everson, Blaine, Burlington, Sedro Woolley and Mount Vernon. I work with a range of clients, including first-time home buyers, people looking to scale up or downsize and those relocating to or from the local area. I also am personally involved in investment properties and have several clients who are working on building their investment portfolios. Another area I’m knowledgeable in is lakefront properties, as I live on Lake Samish and know firsthand what is involved in owning a property on a lake. Relationship based realtor

Justin was a fantastic negotiator on my behalf and helped me get exactly the house I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. I felt like he understood what mattered to me and advocated for me every step of the way. His support didn’t end when the sale closed. After I bought my home, he connected me with reliable contractors to help with the initial repairs and redesign work I needed, which made the transition into my new home so much smoother. Mira is an amazing agent and human!

Mira was incredibly thorough and helped us through the whole process step by step. We were never worried about any part of the process because she was already on it if anything unexpected came up. She helped us connect with inspectors, contractors, and anyone else we needed along the way. After my family’s loss, Will guided me through every step with clear, gentle communication and a steady hand. He treated the me, the other party, the home and my memories with respect and absolute kindness. Selling a home (especially as part of an Estate) was all very new to me, so I leaned heavily on his knowledge and immediately I felt as if I didn’t have to carry the burden alone.
