Jen is an excellent realtor and former contractor who were the has all of the skills to make buying or selling a property easy on the client. She gave great advice on projects to complete before listing and projects to differ. Hired excellent staging from Green House - really made the property look great! We had a couple snafu’s with potential buyers and ultimately the transaction took longer than we expected – but Jen was there every step of the way following up negotiating, ensuring all the T’s were crossed, and the I were dotted. Jen’s personality and interpersonal skills are perfect for being a realtor! She’s able to translate needs and wants of both parties and figure out a way to get the deal done. We cannot recommend Jen highly enough- we will absolutely go with Jen for any property transactions we have in the future.

My wife and I just bought our first house and worked with Will as our agent. I loved that I was able to easily communicate with him via text/phone. Will was incredible fast and accommodating to our work schedules for booking showings and communicating plans/offers etc. We made a few offers on houses and he was never pushy or pressuring for us, mostly just provided education and guidance.
