This was the second time using Paul to help us sell a house. He is very easy to communicate with. Paul had a good marketing strategy, the house was staged and open houses were planned and carried out. He has a very good knowledge of the market. Both times he helped us price the house so we got fair offers right away. He isn't the kind of realtor that prices high and then has to lower the price to get offers. I appreciate that. The house had some issues that were revealed in the inspection. Paul helped us work through the issues and with his experience and connections kept the sale moving forward. He was very helpful through the whole process. I would highly recommend Paul if you are selling or buying.

Paul has worked with my family for over 20 years when he helped my dad buy his first house and now things have come full circle and he helped my wife and I buy our first home together. He has also gone above and beyond, helping us negotiate the price down by $20k after the price was already reduced by about $15k from when it was initially listed. He has helped with us getting work done around the house by personally hiring people he already knows and has worked with including HVAC, cleaning gutters, redoing caulk and more. Overall I highly recommend Paul and anyone else working with John L. Scott Real Estate!

Mira was highly recommended to us from a family friend and my wife and I consider finding her and having her help us buy our home in Bellingham an incredible gift from the universe. She was great with communication from meeting her, to scheduling viewings of homes and throughout the offering/being under contract/closings process. She gave thoughtful advice on the condition of all the houses we looked at. Mira helped us write a great competitive offer in a "bidding war" situation that ultimately helped get us the house we really wanted! She recommended knowledgeable local contractors to help us price out issues found during the home inspection and actually arranged meetings with them and was generous enough to be there in person while one examined the crawl space. After the close of the house she continued to follow up with us and confirm that we were satisfied with the house, settling in well and again recommending more contractors for some repairs and upgrades we were interested in. We will continue to use her for any real estate transactions we may be interested in for as long as we are in this area and she is in the industry!
