My wife and I just bought our first house and worked with Will as our agent. I loved that I was able to easily communicate with him via text/phone. Will was incredible fast and accommodating to our work schedules for booking showings and communicating plans/offers etc. We made a few offers on houses and he was never pushy or pressuring for us, mostly just provided education and guidance. He is a totally normal person which seemed like more of rarity among real estate agents. I think he did an excellent job helping us and I would absolutely recommend him.

As first time home buyers, this whole process was new to us. Will was there throughout the process, making sure we understood where we were in the search, keeping us on track and always free to take a call or answer a text with one of our many questions. It really helped put us at ease to have such a communicative realtor who was able to translate the real estate legalese into language that we could understand. Will not only found the property that we now call home, but he also gave us sound advice that put us in the best position to get our offer accepted. Even after a contract fell through after a poor inspection report, Will was back on the MLS and found us exactly what we were looking for. He sent it to us the morning that it listed and made the time to see it that evening. We would absolutely recommend Will to any of our friends whether they are first time buyers or not, in addition to being extremely good at his job he is also just a warm, funny and down to earth guy that makes home buying seem was less intimidating!

Will was excellent from start to finish. He knew the market well and communicated clearly and confidently at every step. Whenever we sent him a listing, he was ready to get us in to tour it right away. Once we found the home we loved, he helped us put together an offer that was competitive but still comfortable for us. At one point our lender wasn't responsive enough, and it put our offer at risk. Will connected us with a lender who jumped in quickly, and he kept the seller confident in our offer the whole time. After our offer was accepted, he stayed on top of everything: he helped us set up the inspection, answered our many questions, and kept things moving efficiently. What could have been a really stressful experience felt manageable, because we always knew he had it handled. If we ever buy again, we wouldn't consider anyone else. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Will was exactly what I needed: calm, professional, knowledgeable, responsive, helpful. All in all, he was super fantastic! I loved that he enjoyed bringing data into the conversation and was prepared at every step. We needed someone who knew the market and our place in it and was willing to push when pushing was required, while offering compassion and understanding when possible. Great experience!

Amazing experience. We've worked with several realtors in the past few years. Hands down, working with William has been on a whole different level of professionalism. He managed our home purchase and the sale of our property. He is a wonderful person who is motivated to make the process as easy on you as absolutely possible. Wouldn't recommend anyone else. You must meet him if you are in the market.

We cannot recommend Will enough. After the unimaginable tragedy of losing our mom and brother, and the subsequent loss of our family home, he was a beacon of hope.
