In person, Jen is low key, relaxed, sincerely interested in what her clients are hoping to find in a new house. She's all of that AND behind the scenes I think she works like crazy to research houses, find their strengths and drawbacks and made good matches with what her clients want. More than once, she made multiple videos of properties we were interested in and were unable to see in person because we were out of town. Her commentary, along with the videos, highlighted the strengths and concerns regarding each property. She's factual and objective. She'll give her opinion if asked, but she wants the client to decide. When we had questions, she was quick to respond with the answer or find out what the answer was by talking with the sellers' agent, analyzing the inspection report, or doing her own research. Jen was pretty much over-the-top fantastic, and we would recommend her to anyone who needs a real estate agent.

easy to communicate with and talk to. responds with listings quickly and explains them in simple terms. advises on market fluctuations for pros/cons clearly. negotiations are straightforward and clear for purchasing or sale, giving options for buyer or seller and giving good advice for either. for the statements said I think that is good professionalism at its core. I've recommended Mira to many others. She is trustworthy and I will work with her again.

Jen is an excellent realtor and former contractor who were the has all of the skills to make buying or selling a property easy on the client. She gave great advice on projects to complete before listing and projects to differ. Hired excellent staging from Green House - really made the property look great! We had a couple snafu’s with potential buyers and ultimately the transaction took longer than we expected – but Jen was there every step of the way following up negotiating, ensuring all the T’s were crossed, and the I were dotted. Jen’s personality and interpersonal skills are perfect for being a realtor! She’s able to translate needs and wants of both parties and figure out a way to get the deal done. We cannot recommend Jen highly enough- we will absolutely go with Jen for any property transactions we have in the future.

Her texts and emails were professional, accurate and friendly, and she wouldn't hesitate to call when we needed to connect even with not the best of news moments. We additionally appreciate that when there was a more legal question Kate would discuss with her Managing Broker for the correct answers. Kate listened to us and understood our time frame requirements and entertained this with sincerity and consideration, bringing extra stress on her to perform. My wife and I just bought our first house and worked with Will as our agent. I loved that I was able to easily communicate with him via text/phone. Will was incredible fast and accommodating to our work schedules for booking showings and communicating plans/offers etc. We made a few offers on houses and he was never pushy or pressuring for us, mostly just provided education and guidance. He is a totally normal person which seemed like more of rarity among real estate agents. I think he did an excellent job helping us and I would absolutely recommend him.
