easy to communicate with and talk to. responds with listings quickly and explains them in simple terms. advises on market fluctuations for pros/cons clearly. negotiations are straightforward and clear for purchasing or sale, giving options for buyer or seller and giving good advice for either. for the statements said I think that is good professionalism at its core. I've recommended Mira to many others. She is trustworthy and I will work with her again.

After dealing with other agents on other properties we were greatly impressed by there abilities in a tough market. We got a full price offer without having to negotiate at all. The title transfer went smoothly even though we have limited mobility thanks to there help. All in all we were very pleased.

While selling my house I had a great team of realtors Mira Gregory and Lee Rosalas. These ladies did an amazing job and truly care about their customers. They walked up through the processes and helped set our expectations. My wife and I were moving the same week we out the house up for sale. Throughout the processes they continuously checked on us to see how things to see how we were doing. After we moved, they were available to check on the house for us and do the things we could not do from a distance. They did a great job of advertising the house and setting up an open house to get views. Throughout the processes I was impressed by how quick they responded to us when we needed something taken care of. When it came time to sell the house, they did a great job of walking us through the process and making sure we stayed ahead of the game on what we needed. Mira and Lee both demonstrated great communication skills, a high level of knowledge regarding the housing market, and they were extremely professional. Overall, Mira and Lee make a great team, and they did an amazing job for us!

We first met Mira Gregory and Lee Rosales when they helped us buy our home in Washington. A couple of years later, life took us in a completely different direction and we needed to move our family from Washington to Arizona. They showed up for our family through two major transitions in our lives, and they continued showing up even when the second one became long and complicated. If you are looking for Realtors who will work hard, communicate with you, find solutions when things get difficult, and genuinely care about the people behind the transaction, I cannot recommend Mira and Lee enough. We are incredibly grateful for everything they did for our family.

Mira helped us from day one! She dipped into crawl spaces to assess foundations, peeked under carpets to check floor quality, and would get information on past permits (or lack of).
