As first time home buyers, this whole process was new to us. Will was there throughout the process, making sure we understood where we were in the search, keeping us on track and always free to take a call or answer a text with one of our many questions. It really helped put us at ease to have such a communicative realtor who was able to translate the real estate legalese into language that we could understand. Will not only found the property that we now call home, but he also gave us sound advice that put us in the best position to get our offer accepted. Even after a contract fell through after a poor inspection report, Will was back on the MLS and found us exactly what we were looking for. He sent it to us the morning that it listed and made the time to see it that evening. We would absolutely recommend Will to any of our friends whether they are first time buyers or not, in addition to being extremely good at his job he is also just a warm, funny and down to earth guy that makes home buying seem was less intimidating!

Excellent realtors that care about their customers. While selling my house I had a great team of realtors Mira Gregory and Lee Rosalas. These ladies did an amazing job and truly care about their customers. They walked up through the processes and helped set our expectations. My wife and I were moving the same week we out the house up for sale. Throughout the processes they continuously checked on us to see how things to see how we were doing. After we moved, they were available to check on the house for us and do the things we could not do from a distance. They did a great job of advertising the house and setting up an open house to get views. Throughout the processes I was impressed by how quick they responded to us when we needed something taken care of. When it came time to sell the house, they did a great job of walking us through the process and making sure we stayed ahead of the game on what we needed. Mira and Lee both demonstrated great communication skills, a high level of knowledge regarding the housing market, and they were extremely professional. Overall, Mira and Lee make a great team, and they did an amazing job for us!

We first met Mira Gregory and Lee Rosales when they helped us buy our home in Washington. A couple of years later, life took us in a completely different direction and we needed to move our family from Washington to Arizona. There was no question who we trusted to help us sell that same home. The sale wasn’t an easy one. Our house took much longer to sell than any of us hoped, due to the market and circumstances outside of anyone’s control. But what I will remember most is that Mira and Lee never made us feel like we were navigating it alone. They worked incredibly hard for our family throughout the entire process. They helped coordinate contractors whenever something needed to be taken care of, kept communication open, helped us problem-solve from another state, and even stepped in to help us pack when we needed it. That goes so far beyond what you expect from a Realtor. They didn’t just help us buy and sell a house. They showed up for our family through two major transitions in our lives, and they continued showing up even when the second one became long and complicated. If you are looking for Realtors who will work hard, communicate with you, find solutions when things get difficult, and genuinely care about the people behind the transaction, I cannot recommend Mira and Lee enough. Will was excellent from start to finish. He knew the market well and communicated clearly and confidently at every step. Whenever we sent him a listing, he was ready to get us in to tour it right away. Once we found the home we loved, he helped us put together an offer that was competitive but still comfortable for us. At one point our lender wasn't responsive enough, and it put our offer at risk. Will connected us with a lender who jumped in quickly, and he kept the seller confident in our offer the whole time. After our offer was accepted, he stayed on top of everything: he helped us set up the inspection, answered our many questions, and kept things moving efficiently. What could have been a really stressful experience felt manageable, because we always knew he had it handled. If we ever buy again, we wouldn't consider anyone else. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

We used Crissy when we sold our house and relocated out of state, and she was amazing throughout the entire process. This was our first time selling a house, so we had a million questions and needed plenty of advice. Crissy was always incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and spot-on with her recommendations. We took her advice, put the time into getting the house ready, and it sold as soon as it hit the market at full price. We may have gotten lucky with the timing, but Crissy definitely put us in the right place, at the right time, and at the right price. We worked with Mira to sell our home in Birch Bay, and I can't recommend her enough.
