We found Vanessa after having a disappointing realtor experience with one of those YouTube realtors. Having had to manage two escrows ourselves, due to his inefficiency, Vanessa was a godsend. We have since closed on three properties with her, and cannot sing her praises high enough. She is a great communicator, is quick to respond to emails and texts, has a great grasp of current real estate market conditions, is patient with changes of heart, and can make it past obstacles and difficult escrows with a smile. Vanessa was always responsive, always fast acting, and on a tricky land deal she tracked down all the utilities, local contacts, and helped sort through all the records associated with the property as often as needed. she was always professional and organized but at the same time very genuine. When the lender I came into the deal with was not performing as hoped, she had just the right professionals to direct me towards to wrap up a complex loan process. She also kept me on track and prepared for all the milestones during the contract period until we closed. I can't imagine anyone else I would have more confidence in for my next real estate deal.
