She was always on top of everything and took a lot of the stress and worries from us, the sellers. She is very professional, a good communicator, but most of all I appreciated her kindness. I remember how she made sure she got to say goodbye to our son (7), upon our farewells. It's a small thing, but it shows the kind of person she is. To me that matters a lot.
