We met Don when we decided on the spur of the moment to view a Birch Bay listing from the Zillow app. It was the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend, and we didn’t think that there would be an agent available during the holiday. Don greeted us, explained the particulars of the property and the local community, and then showed us the house. We enjoyed his approach, never felt pressured, and walked away with the information needed to make an offer. Don worked with us to make the offer, then helped us source the bridge and final financing. It was a sale that was done in a short amount of time, made more difficult by circumstances outside of Don’s control. He made us aware of these issues, always providing us with the path to be taken to finalize the sale. He was always available, professional and knowledgeable in a very cordial and reassuring manner. I gladly recommend Don as an agent. Please understand that Diane and I were a bit out to sea on this adventure as this was the second house that we have purchased, the first being 36 years ago. She would get back to us very quickly if we had a question, and if she wasn't sure of the answer she would research it and get back to us as soon as possible. She would also research any other interesting houses in the same area we were looking at, just in case we missed a better property. (That's actually how we found the house we did buy, we passed an open house after we'd looked at a different property.) We had a very limited search for the house we purchased, the second one we looked at just felt like a very good fit, but she was very knowledgeable about everything and able to explain all the various steps we needed to go through to do an offer, then negotiate it, then complete the process.
