As first time home buyers, this whole process was new to us. Will was there throughout the process, making sure we understood where we were in the search, keeping us on track and always free to take a call or answer a text with one of our many questions. It really helped put us at ease to have such a communicative realtor who was able to translate the real estate legalese into language that we could understand. Will not only found the property that we now call home, but he also gave us sound advice that put us in the best position to get our offer accepted. Even after a contract fell through after a poor inspection report, Will was back on the MLS and found us exactly what we were looking for. He sent it to us the morning that it listed and made the time to see it that evening. We would absolutely recommend Will to any of our friends whether they are first time buyers or not, in addition to being extremely good at his job he is also just a warm, funny and down to earth guy that makes home buying seem was less intimidating!

We used Crissy when we sold our house and relocated out of state, and she was amazing throughout the entire process. This was our first time selling a house, so we had a million questions and needed plenty of advice. Crissy was always incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and spot-on with her recommendations. We took her advice, put the time into getting the house ready, and it sold as soon as it hit the market at full price. We may have gotten lucky with the timing, but Crissy definitely put us in the right place, at the right time, and at the right price. I would strongly recommend Crissy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. My mother-in-law also used Crissy when she followed us out of state and had a very similar experience. She is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor.

Working with Irena was an absolute pleasure. Two words come to mind: above and beyond. From the very beginning, she was knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. She was also incredibly responsive, which helped ease a lot of our stress throughout the process.Irena assisted us with a contingent purchase, which can be very stressful, but she was there every step of the way—answering questions, addressing concerns, and helping us feel confident in our decisions. We had a million questions, and she never once made us feel like a burden.I have zero hesitation in saying she is truly one of the best realtors out there. We look forward to working with her again in the future.

Sy is truly an exceptional human; I've had the pleasure of working with him a few times now and I was always delighted when I got to view a house with him. He's knowledgeable, works with integrity and passion, and obviously cares a lot about his job and helping the people he works with. Fantastic response times, amazing communication, and just an all around pleasant experience.

Sy is a model of what a Realtor should be. Highly competent, personable, creative, and strategic. With his guidance you will come out ahead on your transaction, so don't try to go it alone when there is someone as skilled as Sy. Highly recommend!

Sy was, and is, great to work with! Very responsive and helpful.
