Jen is an excellent realtor and former contractor who were the has all of the skills to make buying or selling a property easy on the client. She gave great advice on projects to complete before listing and projects to differ. Hired excellent staging from Green House - really made the property look great! We had a couple snafu’s with potential buyers and ultimately the transaction took longer than we expected – but Jen was there every step of the way following up negotiating, ensuring all the T’s were crossed, and the I were dotted. Jen’s personality and interpersonal skills are perfect for being a realtor! She’s able to translate needs and wants of both parties and figure out a way to get the deal done.
