Meagan and Luis helped the reviewer buy this property

Quick, Thorough, and All Around Excellent

Luis and Meagan provided the ideal experience as realtors. We came into the process wanting to move quickly due to an expiring lease and they matched our energy. Whether it was scheduling tours same day or answering late night texts, they went above and beyond to help us find a house in record time. We had a unique mortgage situation that required more involvment from ourselves, realtors, and the title company, and Luis quickly put together all the moving pieces and kept things running smoothly. They also connected us with trusted professionals from roofers to inspectors to HVAC technicians, ensuring that we were supported even after the sale. As first time homebuyers, we needed someone with the experience to both close our purchase and to walk us through the process and we absolutely found that with Luis and Meagan. We would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy!
